The Paramount at Somers Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Somers, NY is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated healthcare team. You will provide direct, hands-on care to residents, helping maintain comfort, dignity, and quality of life in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Current New York State CNA certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Help residents safely transfer, reposition, and ambulate.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing team.
• Measure and record vital signs as assigned.
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident care.
• Ensure residents' rooms are clean, safe, and comfortable.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests.
• Support residents with compassion, respect, and professionalism.
• Follow all infection control, safety, and facility policies.
• Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care.
