IEP Corp's The Californian in California is seeking dedicated CNAs (AM/PM) to join our rehabilitation and long-term care team. You will assist residents with daily activities, support care plans, and work under skilled professionals to deliver compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current CA nursing assistant certification required.
• Possession of current CPR and first aid certifications is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Aid residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Safely transfer residents to different activities and meals as their service plans outline.
• Serve meals to residents in various settings.
• Monitor and report any changes in residents' eating patterns to the supervisor.
• Uphold service quality while complying with company, state, and federal regulations.
