Nehalem Valley Care Center on the Oregon Coast is seeking dedicated CNAs to join our skilled nursing team. You will be the visible, compassionate presence for residents, monitoring vital signs and assisting with daily living activities.

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

As a CNA/Caregiver, you are the most visible and consistent presence in our residents' lives - their trusted, friendly face each day. Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring and recording vital signs
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living: dressing, grooming, bathing, feeding, and toileting
• Supporting safe transfers, positioning, and range of motion exercises
• Providing medication reminders
• Delivering individualized physical, psychological, and social support
• Upholding each resident's dignity, comfort, and quality of life

This is a highly hands-on role that requires flexibility, compassion, and a genuine commitment to resident well-being.
