Job summary

Benedictine is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA-NAR) to join our team and provide high-quality care to residents. You will operate on the front lines and ensure residents are treated with dignity and respect, as well as choices within their lives.

Responsibilities include direct resident care, reporting condition changes to RN or LPN, charting in the POC system, and demonstrating time management and prioritization of tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.
