Job summary

Benedictine is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents. CNAs operate on the front lines, ensuring dignity, respect, and residents’ choices are honored in daily care.

Responsibilities include direct resident care, reporting condition changes, and charting in the POC system, while demonstrating time management and prioritizing tasks. Requires good standing on the state NA registry and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.
