Job summary

Silver Cross Surgery Center in New Lenox, IL seeks a motivated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our fast-paced ASC environment, delivering high-quality patient care and experience for patients and families.

Responsibilities include assisting with linens, ambulation, transport, taking vital signs, reporting observations, and supporting examinations and procedures to improve clinical and financial operations.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Current CPR or BLS; CNA, MA or other certifications.
• Demonstrates necessary clinical competency.
• Must be available for Friday shifts, and occasional second day during the week.

Job Summary:

Provides direct patient care by assisting patients with changing linens, ambulation, and transport. Maintains a clean and orderly patient care environment. Assists during patient examinations and procedures. Obtains and records patient vital signs, provides nutritional intake and reports results and observations. Demonstrates the primary goal of efficiently providing surgical and/or procedural services that exceed customer expectations and improve clinical and financial operations.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Current CPR or BLS. CNA, MA or other certifications.
• Demonstrates necessary clinical competency.
• Must be available for Friday shifts, and occasional second day during the week.
