Job summary

Home Health of Western Colorado is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide one-on-one care in patients' homes across Western Colorado.

The CNA will assist with personal care, mobility, bathing, dressing, toileting, and safe transfers, monitor vital signs, support care plans, and collaborate with an RN and interdisciplinary team to maintain patient independence, comfort, and safety.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required.
• Proven ability to provide patient care.
• Strong bedside manner and compassion for patients.

Responsibilities
