Job summary

Towne Centre Assisted Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily activities and health monitoring. You will observe changes, report to the supervising nurse, and foster trust through respectful, professional interactions.

Prior long-term care experience is a plus but not required; a self-starter mindset and teamwork are essential. You will work in Merrillville, Indiana, providing person-centered care to seniors in a supportive environment

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA certification required in Indiana.
• Ability to read, write, speak & understand English.
• No finding in registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property.
• Experience in long-term or assisted living is a plus, but not required.
