At Midland Care, we are committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care to our clients. We are currently seeking dedicated and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) or Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our Lawrence area team to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

Employment Type: Full Time & Part-time
Pay Rate:CNA - $16.78+/hour | HHA - $18.15+/hour (pay is based on requirements and experience)
Location:Lawrence, KS
Sign on for CNAs is $1,000 | HHAs will receive a sign on of $1,500
***CNA's receive paid training to obtain their HHA license after 60 days.

Shift differential rates:

• $1 for weekday hours after 5pm - 8am
• $1.50 for weekend hours between 8am - 5pm
• $2 for weekend hours after 5pm - 8pm

As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with daily activities, promoting independence, and ensuring their well-being in the comfort of their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care to clientsincluding bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and document vital signs and health changes
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Ensure a safe and clean environment

Qualifications

Required: Current Home Health Aide (HHA) certification or Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification with willingness to enroll in HHA certification course within first 90 days of employment.Preferred: One year experience as a Home Health Aide preferred.
