Job summary

Benedictine Living in La Crosse, WI, is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The CNA provides direct resident care, reports condition changes to the RN/LPN, and accurately charts in the POC system to support high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities include time management and prioritizing tasks to ensure dignity and respect for residents. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is available along with a robust benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.
