Ambercare Hospice is seeking a compassionate CNA to join our team in Belen, NM. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will promote comfort, dignity, and quality of life while assisting with personal care needs and supporting patients at home.

Formación

• Certified by the state as a nurse aide.
• Maintains a current CPR Certification.
• Listed on the state aide registry with a clear record to deliver care.
• 18 years of age or older per state requirements.
• Valid driver’s license with insured vehicle per state requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Give personal care including baths, back rubs, oral hygiene, shampoos and changing bed linens.
• Assist in dressing and undressing patients.
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals, including shopping.
• Assist in feeding the patient.
• Provide proper care and observation of patient’s skin to prevent tissue breakdown.
• Report on patient’s condition and changes to the Case Manager.

What You'll Do

Qualifications

• Certified by the state as a nurse aide

• List on the state aide registry with a clear record able to deliver care to patients
• 18 years of age unless state law dictates otherwise
• Valid driver's license with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state requirements
