Chateau Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking dynamic CNAs to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a warm, supportive setting. You will assist residents with activities of daily living, promote dignity, and help maintain safety during care and mobility tasks.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant Certification (per state requirements)
• Ability to work every other weekend
• Compliance with the state's Health Care Worker Background Check requirements
• Proficiency in performing technical skills required of a nursing assistant
• Positive and compassionate attitude toward residents and visitors
• Energetic, professional, and reliable work ethic

Responsibilities

• Ensure resident safety by following proper infection control policies and procedures
• Remain calm under stress while maintaining a "can-do" attitude
• Provide personal care, including assistance with bathing, toileting, dining, mobility, and positioning
• Support residents in looking and feeling their best while encouraging independence
• Empower residents to function at their highest possible level
