Job summary

1Mission Home Care is seeking dedicated CNAs to provide high-quality, compassionate in-home care for seniors in the Hurst, Euless, and Bedford area. You will work with care coordinators and families to support clients' health, dignity, and independence.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification is required.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
• 1+ years of home care or similar caregiving experience preferred.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal prep per care plans.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to supervisors.
• Assist with medication reminders and basic health tasks per state regulations.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
• Follow individualized care plans and agency protocols.
• Maintain clear documentation of services provided.

Position Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide high-quality, compassionate care to our senior clients in the comfort of their homes. You’ll work closely with our care coordinators and families to support our clients' health, dignity, and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation according to client preferences and care plans

• Assist with medication reminders and basic health-related tasks (in accordance with state regulations)
