North Wake County is seeking experienced Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team. As a PCA, you will provide essential care and support to clients in their homes, helping with daily activities, personal hygiene, mobility, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities to keep clients independent, aiding with personal care, mobility, transfers, and ROM exercises, meal planning and feeding, and handling household needs.

Competenze

• Minimum of 6 months of experience as a PCA or CNA.
• Must have valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Must pass a national background check and drug test.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Mansioni

• Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent in their homes.
• Provide personal care and help with mobility and transfers.
• Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping and household management tasks.
• Provide companionship and respite support for families.
