Ready to make a real difference in patient lives? We’re seeking a dedicated Certified Nurse Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare family. Work under the guidance of our RN Charge Nurse/Director of Nursing, delivering essential patient care and contributing to our multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and ambulation.
• Support patient transfers and mobility.
• Take vital signs, monitor intake/output, and diligently observe and report patient changes to the RN.
• Maintain clean and orderly patient rooms and follow infection control protocols.
• Assist with meals, including feeding when necessary, and accurately document consumption.
• Respond promptly to call lights and contribute to comprehensive care as an active team member.

Where You’ll Work

CHI St. Alexius Health Garrison includes a 22‑bed critical access hospital, a 26‑bed skilled nursing facility, an attached rural health clinic, and an Emergency Department available 24 hours a day. Outpatient services include physical therapy, radiology, laboratory, cardiac rehabilitation, and IV treatments.

Compensation

$15.00 – $20.12 per hour. Sign‑on bonus up to $7,500 may be available.
