Job summary

Jimmy Jazz is seeking a Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC) to join our Assisted Living team in Ephrata, WA. The role supports residents with daily living activities, enabling independence and dignity while maintaining safety.

Shift is Sundays and Mondays, 2:00pm - 10:30pm (16 hours weekly). Base pay ranges from $19.63 to $26.95 per hour, plus a $750 recruitment/retention bonus and paid time off after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Active Washington CNA credential required.
• Willing to obtain BLS and First Aid certifications.
• Delegated Assistant certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, and hygiene support
• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff
• Assist residents with meals and report changes in eating habits
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in resident rooms and common areas
• Help residents participate in activities and move safely throughout the facility
• Support individualized care plans and participate in care planning with families and staff
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
• Assist with supplies, linens, and general housekeeping tasks

Requirements

• Holds an active Washington state CNA credential
