Job summary

Right at Home Central Virginia is seeking Caregivers, PCAs, and CNAs to provide in-home senior care in Staunton and surrounding areas. If you have a heart for helping others and want a flexible caregiving schedule, we’d love to meet you.

Our Caregivers support seniors to live safely and independently at home. As a Right at Home Caregiver, you’ll offer companionship, assist with daily living needs, prepare meals, and follow personalized care plans.

Qualifications

• PCA or CNA certification and experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs independently and assist with physical caregiving as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support through conversation, activities, and outings.
• Assist clients with daily living needs — bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and help with errands or appointments.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisor or nurse.
• Follow personalized care plans and collaborate with the care team to ensure quality service.

What You’ll Do

As a Right at Home Caregiver, you’ll:
