Job summary

Chandler Healthcare Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our compassionate care team. The CNA supports patients with daily living activities, monitors vital signs, assists with mobility, and reports changes to the nursing staff to ensure safety and comfort.

You will maintain clean, stocked rooms, document care accurately, and provide emotional support to patients and families while following infection control and HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate is required.
• CPR/BLS certification is preferred or required by the employer.
• Ability to lift, move, and assist patients safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help patients with eating and drinking as needed.

• Take and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and respiration.
• Observe and report changes in patients' physical or emotional condition to the nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Keep patient rooms clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Assist with feeding, ambulation, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Respond promptly to patient call lights and requests.
