Job summary

South Creek Post Acute is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants for all shifts in Washington state. We offer a supportive, team-driven environment and opportunities for growth, with a compensation range described below.

As a CNA, you will assist residents with ADLs, provide compassionate patient-centered care, monitor vital signs, document changes, and maintain a clean, safe environment. You will collaborate with nurses and therapists to deliver exceptional care in a respectful setting.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification (State of Washington)
• Previous experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining dignity and respect
• Support resident mobility
• Monitor and report changes in condition to the nursing team
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
