White Blossom Care Center is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our care team. We offer full-time AM/PM/NOC shifts on a 4-on/2-off schedule with competitive pay and benefits.

You will assist residents with ADLs, monitor health indicators, and maintain accurate charting while upholding infection control and safety standards. Ideal candidates hold California CNA certification, strong communication skills, and a teamwork mindset.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state of California.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Pass background check and health screening as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, hands-on care to residents according to care plans.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Support mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation; take and record vital signs and weight.
• Maintain accurate documentation following facility and regulatory guidelines.
• Uphold infection control, safety, and compliance standards at all times.
