Job summary

White Blossom Care Center is looking for compassionate CNAs to join our team for all shifts. This full-time position offers $23-26 per hour DOE plus a comprehensive benefits package. Join a resident-focused skilled nursing facility committed to exceptional care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state of California.
• Ability to work cooperatively with residents, families, and a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication, reliability, and compassion.
• Prior skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
• Must pass background check and health screening in accordance with state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, hands-on care to residents in accordance with their care plans.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation.
• Take and record vital signs, weights, and other health indicators.
• Maintain accurate documentation following facility and regulatory guidelines.
• Create a positive and respectful environment for residents, families, and staff.
• Communicate changes in resident condition promptly to nursing staff.
• Uphold infection control, safety, and compliance standards at all times.
