Job summary

American Advanced Management in Baton Rouge seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide routine nursing care and support for residents in long-term acute or transitional restorative care settings. You will follow established procedures and perform essential tasks under supervision, maintaining patient safety and dignity.

Basic computer skills and timely documentation are required. BLS certification is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current CNA or LNA state Certification and maintain renewal.
• Prior experience in healthcare preferred.
• English reading/writing/speaking required.
• BLS certification through American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine nursing care to residents in long-term acute or transitional care.
• Follow established nursing care procedures and directions from the supervising nurse.
• Utilize basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
