Job summary

The Ridge Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate team in Anaheim, CA. This full-time role offers a $21–$23 per hour wage and a $5,000 sign-on bonus, along with competitive benefits and opportunities for continuing education.

You will work under a licensed nurse to deliver essential nursing care, assist residents with ADLs and transfers, and support a safe, respectful, and person-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a state-approved certified nursing assistant program.
• Current CNA certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will put resident service first and ensure that residents and their families receive the highest quality care. Under the direction of a licensed nurse, you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care essential to caring for the personal needs and comfort of residents. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Assisting residents with or performing Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
• Assisting residents with ambulation and transfers.
• Assisting licensed nurse with treatments and procedures as needed.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information.
• Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.

Must Have:

• Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program
• Current CNA certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn

Nice to Have:

• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
• Nursing Assistant experience providing direct care to multiple residents
