Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our care team in Overland Park. You will administer daily medications to residents, monitor their status, and report changes to ensure safety and quality of care.

The role requires an active CMT certification in the state of practice, prior LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience, and strong communication skills. A professional image and compassionate attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have active, and in good standing, Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification in the state of practice.
• Prior experience as a CMT in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred.
• A fire and passion for working with seniors.
• Flexible, energetic personality.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Administer daily medication to residents in accordance with standards and regulations.
• Monitor residents and report changes to the care team.
• Collect and record medication administration data accurately.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times.
