ECS Group of Companies is seeking a Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Staff Project Manager I to join our Chicago, IL field services team. The role blends office and field work, supporting project execution, budgeting, and documentation while developing technical and project management skills in a client-focused environment.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Civil Engineering or related field, strong communication, and the ability to work well in teams.

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work in teams and independently

Responsabilidades

• Supports management of CMT projects, including reviewing field reports and assisting with issue resolution
• Assists with project budgeting, invoicing, change orders, and documentation
• Supports preparation of proposals and project documentation
• Performs or assists with laboratory testing, soil classification, and materials evaluation
• Communicates with project teams, contractors, and field personnel
