Job DescriptionAt Olsson, our Construction Materials Testing (CMT) team plays a vital role in ensuring the safety, quality, and performance of infrastructure and building projects across the region. We are seeking an experienced CMT Field Manager to lead field operations, mentor technical staff, strengthen client relationships, and drive successful project delivery.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a construction materials testing professional who enjoys combining technical expertise, team leadership, project management, and client engagement. You will have the autonomy to make decisions, influence project outcomes, and help grow our expanding CMT practice in Northwest Arkansas.
What You’ll DoAs a CMT Field Manager, you will serve as a technical and operational leader responsible for the successful execution of construction materials testing and special inspection projects. You will collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable codes and specifications.
Key ResponsibilitiesThis position requires regular travel to active construction sites and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and terrain. Candidates must be able to safely navigate construction environments and perform occasional field-testing activities when needed.
