The Arbor Terrace Lakeway is hiring a full-time Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to work 6am-2pm at Arbor Terrace Lakeway, 300 Medical Pkwy, Lakeway, TX 78738. Starting rate is $20 per hour, with potential increases for experienced CMTs.

In this role you will assist residents with medications, monitor health, and coach other care staff during shifts. The position includes benefits such as paid time off, health/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) with employer matching.

Qualifications

• Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with resident medications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medications, treatments, and health monitoring.
• Report changes and updates on resident conditions clearly.
• Coach and lead other care department team members on your shift.
