Reliant Care Management, LLC in Missouri is seeking a compassionate CMT to join our care team. The role involves distributing prescribed medications, assisting with dining, responding to call lights, and documenting resident care and MARs.

You will engage with residents, support the team, and uphold high standards of integrity and competence. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered along with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life, EAP and 401(k).
