Job summary

Reliant Care Management, LLC is seeking a compassionate Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to support residents' daily needs. You will distribute prescribed medications, assist with dining, respond to call lights, and document care in MARs while engaging residents with empathy and respect.

Qualifications

• Must have active CMT licensure/certification.
• Experience caring for residents in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to document accurately and communicate with the care team.
