Job summary

Reliant Care Management Company is seeking compassionate individuals to assist residents with daily care and medication administration. The role emphasizes empathy, patience, and a caring attitude to support both residents and the team.

Shift is 6AM-6PM; responsibilities include distributing prescribed medications, assisting with dining, responding to call lights, documenting care in MARs, and engaging residents in meaningful conversation. CMT certification is required.
