Job summary

Four Seasons Living Center is seeking compassionate Day and Night Shift CMTs to provide attentive care to residents in a community setting. You will distribute medications, assist with dining, respond to call lights, and document MARs while engaging residents with empathy and patience.

The ideal candidate holds a CMT certification and is committed to teamwork, safety, and high-quality resident care. This role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities to support resident well-being.

Qualifications

• CMT licensure or certification is required.
• Day and Night Shift availability is preferred.
• Ability to care for residents and collaborate with team.

Responsibilities

• Distribute prescribed medications to residents.
• Assist with dining needs and feeding.
• Respond to call lights in a timely manner.
• Chart and document resident care and MARs.
• Engage with residents and provide companionship.
