Sunrise Senior Living seeks a dedicated Medication Aide / Med Tech to deliver safe, accurate medication care for residents in a senior living environment. You will administer medications, follow safety protocols, and document meticulously to support resident health and comfort.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, medication administration certification, CPR/First Aid, and strong communication skills; senior care experience is preferred.

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration.
• Document in MAR/TAR accurately and in real time.
• Observe residents during and after medication passes.
• Monitor symptoms and administer medications as ordered for symptom relief.
• Report refusals or concerns promptly.
• Complete narcotic counts per policy.
• Maintain clean, organized medication carts and rooms.
• Follow infection control and safety standards.

You play a critical role in preventing medication errors, identifying health changes early, and protecting resident safety through attention to detail and regulatory compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• Medication Administration certification
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Senior care experience preferred

Pay Range: 17.95 - 22.45
