Based in Pittsburgh, PA or Delaware, you will support valuation, financial reporting, risk analysis, and governance of Commercial Mortgage Servicing Rights (CMSR) as a core balance sheet asset.
You will leverage strong financial modeling, accounting, and data analytics skills to evaluate CMSR performance and fair value, assist regulatory and management reporting, and identify trends
Responsibilities
- Valuation analyses for CMSR assets and balance sheet impact.
- Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reporting for CMSR portfolios.
- Monitor portfolio performance, conduct P&L attribution analyses, and support key business decisions.
