Job summary

Stafford Consulting seeks experienced adult-learning instructors to deliver instructor-led CMP training to USACE personnel and external users as RMS is replaced with CMP. Role includes in-person (3-day) and Teams-based sessions, using facilitator guides and ensuring accessibility standards.

Required certifications (CPTM/CPTD or equivalent) and 3–5 years of proven adult-training experience, with strong presentation and content-updating skills.

Qualifications

• Certification in CPTM or CPTD (or equivalent) demonstrating adult-training competence.
• Minimum 3 years delivering effective training; or 5 years in adult training facilitation with documented evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver CMP user training in person (3-day sessions) and virtual Teams sessions to USACE personnel and external users.
• Teach using facilitator guides; pull latest version and suggest updates when content is outdated or hard to follow.
• Facilitate practical exercises, simulations, and case studies while meeting Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
• Complete pre-training environment checks (audio-visual, CMP, MS Office).
• Collect attendance records and submit within 2 business days; participate in up to 5 quality meetings.
• Willingness to travel to USACE locations (domestic and international) with expenses reimbursed.
