Qualifications

SUMMARY:

The Chemical Management Technician (CMS Technician) I is accountable for representing Incora Aircraft values, quality and commitment, for maintaining adequate stock levels, and performing chemical management functions on the customer site or our warehouse location. This person will serve as the primary contact for our customers and interact with site personnel in a production or warehouse environment.

This role supports a safe workplace, especially in chemical materials handling, and may require travel between sites. Professionalism and excellent communication skills are essential.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Represent Incora's vision, values, and objectives, maintaining excellent customer relationships.
  • Maintain knowledge of products, inventory systems, quality requirements, and customer plans.
  • Monitor stock levels and perform inventory inspections.
  • Conduct chemical compatibility analyses and maintain equipment.
  • Perform chemical additions and ensure chemical availability for processing.
  • Review data and perform machine maintenance as needed.
  • Utilize scanners for inventory management.
  • Verify product and documentation accuracy.
  • Manage inventory storage and replenishment.
  • Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks when trained.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Handle waste and coordinate with vendors for waste removal.
  • Practice good housekeeping and respond to hazardous material releases.
  • Develop and maintain inventory reports.
  • Communicate with site management and participate in process improvements.
  • Support customer-specific requirements and safety procedures.
  • Follow all safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
  • Attend meetings and training as required.
  • Travel between sites as necessary and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of inventory, material handling, or related experience.
  • Experience with chemical compatibility preferred.
  • Hazwoper 40-hour training preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work safely with PPE and handle chemicals.
  • Strong organizational and data management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data systems.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to support schedule changes and travel as needed.
