Job summary

Independence Blue Cross, LLC seeks a Data Insight & Reporting Analyst for the Government Markets Reporting Team to support CMS Star Ratings through data analysis and reporting excellence.

You will partner with leaders to define requirements, analyze CMS Stars metrics, and build dashboards and data extracts that drive Star performance improvements across HOS, CAHPS, HEDIS, and Pharmacy measures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (info systems, CS, stats, public health, or similar).
• 3+ years of data analysis experience.
• Experience manipulating large data sets to derive actionable insights.
• Proficiency in SQL and ETL tools (SSIS).
• Experience with Tableau and other data visualization tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to define business reporting requirements.
• Analyze CMS Stars data (HOS, CAHPS, HEDIS, Pharmacy measures).
• Conduct statistical analysis, benchmarking, and forecasting.
• Program evaluation and performance review.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive improvements in Star performance.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and data extracts.
