Job summary

Glint Tech Solutions LLC in Maryland seeks a senior Data Analyst for a contract-to-hire role focused on Medicare Advantage Stars and Risk Adjustment. You will work with leadership to improve provider data accuracy, reporting, and strategic decision-making.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in healthcare payer analytics, expertise in CMS programs, and hands-on Azure/Salesforce/FACETS experience. Occasional onsite visits to MD/PA/DE/DC may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of data analyst experience in a healthcare payer setting.
• Strong knowledge of CMS Federal Healthcare programs, especially Stars.
• Experience working with provider data, claims platforms, and provider-to-claims processes.
• Ability to advise senior leadership on data strategy and improvement initiatives.
• Hands-on data extraction/analysis from MS Azure.

Responsibilities

• Enable CMS Stars and Risk Adjustment initiatives through advanced healthcare analytics.
• Assess provider and claims data to detect trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Design dashboards, reports, and visualizations for business teams and executive leadership.
• Collaborate with business units, IT, and product owners to advance data-driven programs.
• Monitor the performance of applications and reporting, proposing process improvements as needed.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with Medicare and Medicaid program requirements.
• Coordinate with external vendors and government agencies as required.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Data Analyst within a healthcare payer environment.
• Strong expertise in CMS Federal Healthcare programs, with a focus on CMS Stars.
• Experience working with provider data, claims platforms, and provider-to-claims processes.
• Proven ability to advise senior leadership on healthcare data strategy and improvement initiatives.
• Hands-on experience extracting and analyzing data from MS Azure.
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce and FACETS.
• Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
