Job summary

Red Sky is building an online cardio-metabolic health clinic from day one. As CMO, you’ll own growth strategy, brand, and go-to-market, translating insights into traction across digital channels.

You’ll lead a hands-on team, design full-funnel campaigns, and collaborate with founders and medical leadership to educate patients, build trust, and scale across Europe and beyond.

This remote role requires 8+ years in marketing, strong leadership, and comfort in a regulated health environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in marketing with 3+ years in senior leadership (Head of Marketing, VP or similar).
• Experience owning a marketing budget and revenue targets.
• Strong full-funnel/performance marketing background; hands-on when needed.
• Ability to build brand and positioning for complex, trust-based healthcare products.

Responsibilities

• Shape the company’s vision, growth engine and market presence from day one.
• Design and execute full-funnel marketing across channels (paid, email, content).
• Build and scale a high-performing marketing team; recruit and lead external partners.
• Develop data-driven CAC, LTV, ROI models and optimize campaigns.
