Job summary

Mentor Technical Group is seeking candidates for a maintenance role focused on overseeing the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). Responsibilities include equipment tracking, data entry for maintenance, and supporting engineering departments. Ideal candidates will have an Associate's Degree in a technical field, 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance environment, and exposure to regulatory guidelines. The position is based in Guayama, Puerto Rico.

Qualifications

• AD in Technical Field Computer Proficiency.
• Exposure in Regulatory Environment (GMP/EHS).
• 3-5 years' experience in Maintenance Environment - CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
• Provide support to facilities, maintenance, and engineering departments.
• Entering equipment and maintenance data into the CMMS system.
• Assisting in entering work order information into the maintenance system.
• Development and updating of preventive maintenance and calibration checklists.
• Providing training to maintenance departments.
• Developing maintenance reports and metrics.

Essential Functions

• Oversight the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to ensure its continued operation.
• Provide support to the facilities, maintenance, and engineering departments.
• Responsibilities include:
  • Entering equipment and preventive and predictive maintenance data into the CMMS system.
  • Assisting in the process of entering work order information into the maintenance system, if necessary.
  • Assisting in the development, creation, and updating of preventive maintenance and calibration checklists.
  • Administratively assisting and providing training to maintenance departments and users.
  • Developing maintenance reports and metrics according to the needs of system users.
  • Technically and administratively supporting the spare parts area.
• Participating in the process of training other people.
