Fermilab seeks a CMMS Systems Administrator III to oversee all system administration activities onsite at Batavia, IL. You will assign personnel to projects, supervise work, and ensure long-term system operation requirements are incorporated into planning.
The role requires a 5+ year background in complex enterprise systems, enterprise CMMS expertise, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. The position emphasizes security, documentation, and collaboration with vendors.
The expected hiring range for this position is: $88,800.00-$116,900.00.

Under general supervision and working on complex tasks, responsible for all activities related to system administration, assigning personnel to various projects, directing their activities, and evaluating their work as required. Works on several complex components of a project. Ensures long-term requirements of systems operations and administration are included in the overall information systems planning of the organization. Responsible for the installation, maintenance, configuration, and integrity of computer software. Implements operating system enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the system. May lead and supervise others in a group.
