RC Talent seeks a CMMS Integration Engineer to own customer integration strategy from discovery to deployment, collaborating with customers and internal teams to deliver scalable, secure integrations across CMMS, ERP, MES, and enterprise platforms.
You will build reusable connectors, improve API capabilities, and strengthen documentation, while guiding architecture and health monitoring to drive a mature integration model.
This is a unique opportunity to own a customer integration division and help shape how businesses around the world are connected to their critical operational data, powered by our client’s products and services. As the CMMS Integration Engineer, you will have responsibility for the strategy and execution of integration projects from technical discovery through production deployment and ongoing support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interfacing with customers and creating strong partnerships, while technically roadmapping and delivering on CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) integrations. You would be joining the organization at an exciting time of growth, as the company is scaling globally and customer demand for integrations continues to grow, with active and upcoming projects spanning SAP, Hexagon, MaintainX, Maximo, Fiix, and other CMMS, ERP, and industrial systems.
This role requires more than technical execution. Customers need a trusted partner who communicates clearly, follows through, creates structure, and keeps complex initiatives moving. You will be responsible for establishing confidence in active projects, improving the health of existing integrations, and ensuring customers receive a responsive and well-managed experience throughout implementation and beyond.
You will also help build what comes next. That includes improving scaling integration possibilities, API capabilities, developing reusable integration packages, strengthening documentation, standardizing enterprise SSO, building vendor partnerships, creating better integration-health monitoring, and reducing the amount of custom work required for each new customer.
This is an opportunity for someone who can move comfortably between customer conversations, internal collaboration, technical architecture, hands-on development, troubleshooting, and long-term strategy. The environment has meaningful demand, real technical challenges, and significant room for someone with ownership and vision to create a more mature and scalable integration model.
As a valued member of the team, you will receive a competitive compensation package, including base compensation and bonus eligibility. Additional benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan, life insurance, paid time off, company-sponsored benefits, professional development opportunities, and the chance to grow alongside a rapidly expanding industrial technology organization.
