Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a CMMS Engineer to design, deploy, and operate the EAM platform across AWS data center regions. You will own the end-to-end process from asset collection to reporting and training, driving global processes while supporting regional needs.

The role requires 3+ years of CMMS experience, 2+ years in electrical/mechanical facilities maintenance, and a engineering degree or equivalent. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CMMS experience
• 2+ years of electrical and mechanical facilities maintenance experience
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent, or 3+ years of facilities management experience

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment of the EAM platform in the data center region
• Support asset collection, maintenance schedules, reporting, and training
• Develop system enhancement modules to meet regional or global needs
• Drive global processes and document development for EAM
• Travel up to 20% when launching new locations
