Job summary

Shearer's Foods is seeking a Maintenance Planner responsible for overseeing the maintenance management process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CMMS and at least 2 years of maintenance technician experience.

This role involves planning and managing maintenance tasks, inspecting work areas, and assisting with vendor management, all while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.

The position offers a compensation of $26.95/hour and a $3000 sign-on bonus with structured payment intervals.

Qualifications

• Associate's technical degree or 3 years of planning experience required.
• 2+ years of high-level maintenance technician experience.
• Ability to fully leverage a CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Plan corrective, preventative, and predictive maintenance streams.
• Inspect and monitor work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Manage and maintain the Plant CMMS as a Subject Matter Expert.
