As a CBRE CMMS Analyst (temporary), you will support the migration to a new CMMS platform planned for Q4. Key responsibilities include preparing and validating data for migration, creating reports and documentation, writing process workflows, supporting legacy CMMS platforms, and assisting with post-go-live activities. This temporary role is critical to ensuring a successful client-driven transition by year-end.
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for temporary CMMS Analyst position is $75,000 annually and the maximum salary for the temporary CMMS Analyst position is $90,000 annually, which will be prorated based on the length of the assignment. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
