Description

As a key delivery member of NeoSystems Program Management Team, you will support CMMC client engagements, including client environment assessments, Plan of Action & Milestones (POAM) identification & documentation, non-compliance recommendations, and policy and procedure delivery/customization. You will assist in NeoSystems Security Program Management (SPM) delivery and oversee client programs to ensure NeoSystems products are delivered to standard.

Reporting to the Vice President of Program Management, this role is integral to NeoSystems' commitment to cybersecurity excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver initial CMMC Program implementation and oversee related deliverables for clients.
  • Lead strategies to achieve and maintain CMMC compliance.
  • Collaborate across departments for comprehensive compliance approaches.
  • Participate in security risk assessments and audits.
  • Lead gap analysis and remediation efforts.
  • Conduct incident response tabletop exercises.
  • Support the maturation of the Federal practice within client organizations.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years in consulting and cybersecurity.
  • CISSP or equivalent certification required.
  • Strong understanding of CMMC framework.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with analytical skills.
  • CMMC-RPA certification required within first 90 days.

Location: Remote within continental U.S.

Work time: Full-time

Travel: Potential within DC metro area
