Job summary

PCL Construction Enterprises, Inc. in Denver, CO is seeking a CMMC Compliance Manager to lead the U.S. government cybersecurity program and ensure readiness for DFARS and NIST SP 800-171 requirements.

You will coordinate with legal, contracts, IT, and operations to implement controls, manage evidence, and drive audit-ready documentation while reporting to senior leadership. A Bachelor's degree and 3–7 years of government contracting experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, information systems, or related field preferred.
• 3–7 years of experience in government contract compliance, cybersecurity compliance, IT governance, audit support, or risk management.
• Experience supporting U.S. government contract requirements strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with CMMC, NIST SP 800-171, DFARS, FAR safeguarding requirements, and CUI handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages the company’s CMMC compliance and government cybersecurity program across U.S.-based operations.
• Establishes and enforces the cybersecurity compliance framework, including policies, procedures, standards, and evidence inventories.
• Owns implementation of NIST SP 800-171, CMMC, DFARS/FAR safeguarding requirements, and CUI handling obligations.
• Leads cross-functional coordination with legal, IT, contracts, operations and other stakeholders to drive delivery and issue resolution.
• Maintains readiness activities, assessment support, and engagement with assessors and external auditors.
• Tracks remediation items, milestones, and compliance gaps with audit-ready records.
