Job summary

ISI Enterprises in Reston, VA seeks highly skilled CMMC/NIST 800-171a Compliance Analysts to join our team as a Managed Network Services provider supporting U.S. Government contractors. You will lead gap assessments, collect evidence, validate controls, and assist in remediation planning with cross-functional teams.

The role requires proof of U.S. citizenship, at least five years in the Defense Industrial Base as a compliance analyst, and current CMMC certification (RP/CCP/CCA).

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship proof required by federal regulations.
• 5+ years in the Defense Industrial Base as a compliance analyst.
• Current CMMC certification: RP, CCP, or CCA.
• Experience in audit, compliance, or consulting roles.
• Ability to produce accurate, audit-ready documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead NIST 800-171a and CMMC gap assessments and remediation planning.
• Use AI-enabled tools to improve evidence gathering and validation.
• Assist clients in developing compliant policies and documentation (SSP, POAM, etc.).
• Coordinate remediation with Cybersecurity, Engineering, and Support teams.
• Liaise with C3PAO auditors during Level 2 assessments.
