Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, IT, CS; master's preferred.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CMMC-AB Certified Assessor.
• Extensive cyber security experience with emphasis on compliance.
• In-depth CMMC framework knowledge and its applications.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with government contractors and federal contracting.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on cybersecurity issues, risk analysis, incident management, compliance, and security architecture.
• Lead client organization's CMMC certification process, from assessment to monitoring.
• Develop a CMMC compliance roadmap with timelines, resources, and milestones.
• Coordinate audits with external assessors and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain security policies and System Security Plans (SSP).
• Deliver cybersecurity training and awareness for clients and staff.
