Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a quality inspector for a 12-month contract in East Moline, IL. You will perform inline inspections, manage tooling and gauges, and coordinate GD&T and CMM activities on the shop floor.

You’ll drive containment for non-conformances and support corrective actions with cross-functional partners. Proficiency with SAP, NCCA, and DNCM is expected, along with strong attention to detail and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to collaborate across Operations, Engineering and Supply Management teams.
• Solid experience working in manufacturing/production settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-line inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and manufacturing requirements.
• Manage tooling and gauge assets including tracking, maintenance and control.
• Conduct GD&T analysis and coordinate CMM inspection activities.
• Process non-conformance issues, drive containment actions and support corrective measures.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering and Supply Management to ensure process compliance.
• Utilize SAP, NCCA, DNCM and other quality platforms to manage daily activities.
