Top Echelon Software, LLC seeks a CMM Programming Inspector for first shift in New Brunswick, NJ. Direct-hire position requiring programming and inspection of complex precision components, not just operation of the CMM.

Qualifications include 5+ years in CMM inspection within AS9100/ISO9001 environments, blueprint reading, and documentation of non-conformances. Direct-hire with full benefits.

Responsabilidades

Job Description

Our precision manufacturing client in New Brunswick, NJ is seeking a CMM Programming Inspector on first shift. Direct-hire position, not a contract, with competitive compensation and full benefits package. Candidates should be familiar with how to program a CMM not just operate it. Responsibilities include perform first piece, in-process, and final inspections. Qualified candidates should have minimum 4 years' experience working on complex precision machined components

Duties & Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate a CMM (Computer Measuring Machine)
• Knowing any of the following programs is a plus: PC-DMIS, Calypso, MCOSMOS, etc.
• Review blueprints, drawing, and/or specifications for incoming parts
• Inspect first, in-process, and final pieces for precise conformance to specified dimensions
• Analyze any problems, initiating corrective action, and reporting results to Quality Manager
• Verify that machined parts meet specifications, identify and document any non-conforming pieces
• Updating production documentation for inspection parts status
• Communicate inspection results to Quality Manager and notify vendors of non-conformances

Qualifications & Requirements

• HS diploma or GED; vo-tech school training a plus
• Minimum 5 years' experience in CMM inspection of close-toleranced parts in an AS9100/ISO9001 environment
• Ability to program CMM machines
• Ability to use manual inspection tools such as calipers, micros, gauges, etc.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and operation sheets.
• Ability to follow set-up instructions and operate machine controls.

Work Week

• 40 hrs + Overtime Available

Shifts

• 1st: Mon-Fri 7:00AM - 3:30 PM
